2. Information on this site

Project photos, descriptions, specifications, timelines, and budget ranges are provided for general information. They describe past work and are not an offer, quote, or warranty for your project. Pricing for your project is provided only in a signed written contract.

3. Client accounts

Some material on this site is available only to registered clients. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

We may suspend or close an account that is shared, misused, or used in violation of these terms.

4. Non-disclosure agreements and financial information

Project financial information is confidential. Access is granted per property, and only after you electronically sign the non-disclosure agreement for that property. Signing an agreement for one property does not grant access to any other property.

You agree not to copy, publish, forward, or otherwise disclose confidential financial information except as permitted by the agreement you signed.

5. Electronic signatures

You agree that an electronic signature made on this site has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature, and that records kept electronically satisfy any requirement that agreements be in writing.

6. Intellectual property

All text, photography, logos, and design on this site are owned by BearPaw LLC or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without written consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BearPaw LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California.
