1. Information we collect
When you submit our contact form or request a call, we collect the name, phone number, email address, and message you provide.
If you create a client account, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. When you sign a non-disclosure agreement on this site, we record your name, the property, the date and time, and the signed document.
Our hosting and analytics providers may log standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, arrange a call, manage your client account, provide access to project financial information you are authorized to see, and keep records of signed agreements.
If you request a call, your phone number is passed to our calling service so it can reach you.
3. Marketing
We do not sell your personal information. We only email you about your inquiry, your project, or agreements you have signed.
4. Service providers
We share information with the vendors that run this site on our behalf — hosting, database and file storage, email delivery, and our phone assistant service. They may use your information only to provide those services to us.
5. Confidential project information
Project financial information is restricted per property and released only to clients who have signed the non-disclosure agreement for that property. Access is enforced by our database security rules, not just by the pages you can see.
6. Retention
We keep inquiries, account records, and signed agreements as long as needed for our business and legal record-keeping, and then delete them.
7. Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to close your client account, by emailing info@bearpaw.llc. California residents may have additional rights under state privacy law, and we will honor requests made under it.
8. Children
This site is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
