About this project

The existing single unit was torn down to clear the lot for a full rebuild. In its place BearPaw built two new homes and a detached accessory dwelling unit, taking the property from one dated residence to three separate places to live.

Each of the two homes is 1,000 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. The ADU adds another 424 square feet with 1 bedroom and 1 bath.
